SnowPine Village Townhouses offer 3 bedrooms on 3-levels of living space. Entry level with a full kitchen, dining area, living room with a vaulted ceiling, 1/2 bath and a deck. Ground floor has 2 bedrooms, full bath and laundry room. The third level is a master suite with full bath and dressing area.  Townhouses have either wood burning or natural gas fireplaces. Some units offer a 4th bedroom. Beds vary per unit. The units comfortably sleep 6 and some will sleep up to 8.

Unit occupancy is not to exceed the maximum number of people the unit sleeps in beds. (i.e. king/queen/double/sofa bed = 2 people; twin = 1 person.)

Each SnowPine Village condominium & townhouse is individually owned. As such, decor and style vary from unit-to-unit. Various management companies handle the rental details at SnowPine Village. The Homeowners Association Board is not involved with the rental program. However, the Board is interested in all of your comments regarding your stay. We encourage each visitor to provide feedback so that improvements & repairs can be made in a timely manner.
