1BR Condo – Ground Floor

• Unit 101 (556 sq.ft.)
• Unit 104 (482 sq.ft.)

There are two different floor plans for one bedroom units at SnowPine Village. All have one bath, fireplace, cable TV, full kitchen, and common area washer/dryer. Bed sizes vary, but typically the bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Most units have a natural gas fireplace. These units are perfect for 2 people. Some have sofa-sleepers & will sleep up to 4.

Unit occupancy is not to exceed the maximum number of people the unit sleeps in beds. (i.e. king/queen/double/sofa bed = 2 people; twin = 1 person.)

• Unit 102 (418 sq.ft.)
• Unit 103 (438 sq.ft.)

There are two different floor plans for one bedroom units at SnowPine Village. All have one bath, fireplace, cable TV, full kitchen, and common area washer/dryer.  Bed sizes vary, but typically the bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Most units have a natural gas fireplace. Some have counter-bar eating areas; some have small tables. These units are perfect for 2 people. Some have sofa-sleepers and will sleep up to 4.

Unit occupancy is not to exceed the maximum number of people the unit sleeps in beds. (i.e. king/queen/double/sofa bed = 2 people; twin = 1 person.)

Each SnowPine Village condominium & townhouse is individually owned. As such, decor and style vary from unit-to-unit. Various management companies handle the rental details at SnowPine Village. The Homeowners Association Board is not involved with the rental program. However, the Board is interested in all of your comments regarding your stay. We encourage each visitor to provide feedback so that improvements & repairs can be made in a timely manner.
