Three Bedroom Condos

2BR + loft Condo – 3rd Floor

  • Unit 301 (1054 sq.ft.)
  • Unit 302 (1054 sq.ft.)

These units are located on the third floor of each building. The first and second bedrooms are located on the main floor. The third bedroom is located in a loft and is accessed by a spiral staircase. Bed sizes vary per unit but, generally include a queen and four twins. Some have sofa-sleepers. All have a full kitchen, eating area, living-room with fireplace, deck, plus a laundry room with stackable washer/dryer. Most units have a natural gas fireplace. The units comfortably sleep 6 people and some units will sleep 8.

Unit occupancy is not to exceed the maximum number of people the unit sleeps in beds. (i.e. king/queen/double/sofa bed = 2 people; twin = 1 person.)

 

 

3BR Condo – 2nd Floor

  • Unit 203 (1143 sq.ft.)

The second floor of each building houses 2 three bedroom / two bath units. Bed sizes vary per unit but typically include a queen and four twins. Some have sofa-sleepers. All have a full kitchen, eating area, living-room with fireplace, deck, plus a laundry room with stackable washer/dryer. Most units have a natural gas fireplace. Most have a queen bed plus four single beds. Some have sofa-sleepers. These units comfortably sleep 6 people, some will sleep 8.

Each SnowPine Village condominium & townhouse is individually owned. As such, decor and style vary from unit-to-unit. Various management companies handle the rental details at SnowPine Village. The Homeowners Association Board is not involved with the rental program. However, the Board is interested in all of your comments regarding your stay. We encourage each visitor to provide feedback so that improvements & repairs can be made in a timely manner.
