The slopes await you at SnowPine Village in Ellicottville, NY!

SnowPine Village at Holiday Valley Resort is nestled in a wooded setting at the base of the SnowPine Quad Chairlift. For those looking for Ski in/ Ski out access the SnowPine Quad Chairlift typically runs from late December thru mid-March, daily until 4:30 p.m., weather permitting.  Shuttle service is offered to The Lodge at Holiday Valley during the Ski Season or you can enjoy the convenience of skiing right back to your condo at the end of the night.

In the Summer season, hiking and biking trails are camouflaged among the slopes and easy to access, and the views overlook the front 9 of the Double Black Diamond golf course. Summer occupants have the exclusive use of the SnowPine Village private, outdoor tennis courts.   Some units have air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available in all units.

SnowPine Village features over 100 units offering one bedroom, one bedroom plus loft, two bedroom, two bedroom plus loft, and three bedroom,  unique condominiums with full kitchens, fireplaces, and a patio or balcony that can accommodate various sized groups.

The Village of Ellicottville is just two miles away, featuring local entertainment, shops, restaurants, and bustling night life. Please be advised, being built on a mountainside, 4 wheel or all-wheel drive vehicles may be necessary during Ski Season to gain access to the SnowPine Village community. There are descending stairs from the parking area to every condominium building, and multi levels inside the complexes. SnowPine Village does have limited, private parking and permits are necessary.

Each SnowPine Village condominium & townhouse is individually owned.  As such, decor and style vary from unit-to-unit. Various management companies handle the rental details at SnowPine Village.  The Homeowners Association Board is not involved with the rental program.  However, the Board is interested in all of your comments regarding your stay.  We encourage each visitor to provide feedback so that improvements & repairs can be made in a timely manner.
